The most important aspect of out-of-bounds plays is be able to get the ball in play. This set could be used at the end of the game to ensure your team gets the ball in-bounds.

This is a quick hitting sideline out of bounds play run by the Houston Rockets, with a double back screen and down screen.
Belarus Stagger
This is a very simple out of bounds play from the Belarus Women's team that played in the Beijing Olympics. This play forces the defender to get through two screens and chase a cutter from one side of the floor to the other. As well there are opportunities to get the ball inside.
